Travis Willis Davis
Travis Willis Davis is a non-executive, independent member of the Management board of Banjalučka pivara a.d.
Travis is a Partner of Altima Partners LLP, an alternative investment management firm, which he joined in 2004. At Altima Partners LLP, Travis has invested in private and public markets in special situation investments across sectors in both emerging and developed markets. Travis graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Economics in 1999 and spent over 5 years as part of the investment banking advisory team at ING Barings in London, advising companies on mergers & acquisitions, raising equity and debt capital, corporate restructurings and public offerings across a wide range of industries.
Travis is a board member and chairman of the audit committee of El Tejar Limited, an agricultural business operating in Latin America and a board member of Orion Energy Pte. Limited, an oil business in Ecuador. Travis has been a board member of a number of investee companies over the years.
Kevin Smith is a non-executive, independent member of the Management board of Banjalučka pivara a.d.
Since 2008, Kevin has been working with GRF Advisors - which focuses primarily on the Balkans. For the 10 years prior to that he has worked in Southeast Europe: as CFO for BalkanPharma/Actavis in Bulgaria (1999-2003); as GM for Actavis’ newly acquired subsidiary in Turkey (2004-05); GM of the newly privatised Banjalučka pivara (2006) & then Landmark Property Management SA. Before that, over a 25 year period, he had a variety of finance related roles with pharmaceutical and mining companies in Europe and Africa. Originally a Chemical Engineer, Kevin has degrees in Engineering, Economics and Finance and is a UK qualified accountant.
Marcus Hannah is a non-executive, independent member of the Management Board of Banjalucka pivara a.d.
Marcus qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2005. He trained and spent eight years at a “magic circle” UK law firm in its London and Abu Dhabi offices assisting clients with large commercial transactions. Marcus also gained international finance experience when completing a secondment in the global loans team of a large international investment bank.
Moving to Asia, Marcus spent a number of years working for sovereign wealth funds and a multi-billion dollar family office based in Singapore advising boards at a high level. Marcus has been a board member of companies with assets in a variety of sectors and provides strategic advice and focuses on best-practice corporate governance.
Since his return to Europe in 2013, Marcus has focussed on private equity projects in the Balkans and acted as CEO for one of the region’s premier coastal real estate developments.
Mirjana Jovanović joined our brewing family in late 2007. Having successfully fulfilled all her tasks as assistant CFO, she was soon to be promoted, and in mid 2008 she was appointed CFO of Banjalučka pivara a.d. (director of finance-IT department).
Mirjana brought with her several years of experience in various areas of finance (public & corporate finance, investment banking), management, consulting, etc. Ever since obtaining her Master’s degree in Business Administration (finance, general management) from Vanderbilt university, USA, Mirjana has been dedicating her free time to various development projects (head of economic affairs in “Club 2010”, a Banja Luka based think tank, pro-bono SME consultant, etc.) and lecturing.
Mirjana was appointed an executive member and the vice-president of the Management board of Banjalučka pivara a.d. in April 2010.
