Aleksandra Dimić arrived to Banja Luka Brewery in Banja Luka in March 2011, and began to build her career first as a Legal Assistant, and then as an Independent Professional Associate for legal matters.

Aleksandra came to the position of director of the legal affairs sector at Banja Luka Brewery in December 2019, and took over the position of director of legal affairs and human resources management in July 2020.
